Brooksfield Academy is a year round boarding school that many students desire to attend because it means no parents. Partying all night long on weekends is only one of the perks of this new freedom. Of course, they’re still on campus, so there are always rules, but that doesn't mean that they're always followed. With no parents around to tell the students what to and not to do, they're doing what they know how to do best: be a teen.
However, freedom can prove to be good or bad.
A couple of students were expelled from the academy around the same time that graduation was going on, thus their exact identities were not revealed to the public. But people are starting to worry now with threatening letters being sent to the students and staff, seeming more than just someone's idea of a sick joke. Rumours are being sent around that the source of the letters would be one of the expelled students, possibly taking their revenge by trying to frighten the remaining inhabitants of the academy. The overall dismissal of the subject is on a light note - no one believes that the letters will actually come true.
Will the letters stop and the suspicion of the expelled students stop, or will the threats in the letters actually be carried through? How much longer will the so-called "perfect" academy be able to keep secret its lies and mistakes?
